Uttari Betta Trek - Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Start from Bangalore and reach the Basecamp
The journey will start from Bangalore around 11:00 pm. The bus journey starts as soon as everyone is boarded. The journey will continue with the briefing of the trek, the introduction of your trek mates and will contain some nice gala time. You are going to reach Basecamp mid-night. Here, you are going to rest for some time.
Day 2- All about trek day -Uttari Betta Trek
The trek will start around 4:00 am on the same day when you reach the base camp. Walking starts from a village in the dark. After moving for some time, you will come across the history of this place in the form of a fort. This will ultimately take you to a different world. You have to walk through this fort and explore seven doors of stones which are your keys to enter new paths of this trek. The trail is rocky covered with huge boulders and steps carved on huge rocks.
The end of the climb is introduced to you when you pass these doors after crossing some tricky paths and then you will reach the temple of Shankareswar. This temple is situated right at the top and is the mid-point of this trek. This temple is famous for beautiful scenery from the top which will leave your eyes wide-opened and mouth in awe. You must have never experienced such beauty.
After this beauty, you have a number of beauties in your way. You will then walk towards the jungle-cave which will hold your heart and soul with its jaw-dropping beauty. You will feel as if you have entered an unexpected world.
The trek is completed when you reach the peak covered with huge grassland. This is governed by huge boulders. This place is lovely and you feel this when you witness the sunrise along with clear skies, green grass and dark boulders that accompany you completely. You will feel as if everything is complete, peaceful and soothing. Let yourself drown in this beauty and snap this scenario in your memories. After some time we will descend back to our Basecamp. Before that be sure that you have gathered all the beautiful scenery from this trek. After this when you reach the Basecamp, you will travel back home.

ATM availability and Mobile Connectivity
Since the trek is not so long and is mainly through villages and old forts, it is advisable to carry cash according to your needs. Since these places are not updated, this suits best.
Mobile Connectivity may create some problems at the start of this trek. You may notice that sometimes you even lose your connectivity completely.
