The months from September to March are the best for a trip to Jaisalmer because the weather of Jaisalmer remains cool at this time. Also, the temperature at this time is low and hence it makes it easier for the tourists to explore the place nicely in good weather conditions. Short Itinerary:

DAY 1: Go for dune bashing and spend the night in the tents in the desert

DAY 2: Go for a camel safari and also enjoy some village sight-seeing

DAY 3: A bit of sight-seeing and depart to Delhi

Detailed Itinerary:

DAY 1:

  • Reach Jaisalmer desert afternoon. The first thing that you would do is check into the camps. Get freshen up and relax.
  • Have a relaxed afternoon and chill with fellow trekkers and travellers. Get ready for the evening because it is going to be an exciting one. You are going for the camel safari which is such an exciting and offbeat thing to do.
  • Post this enthralling experience, a soaking thing to do is indulge in some folk-dance experience and enjoy some of the Rajasthani cultures.
  • Have your dinner, Overnight stay at the campsite.

DAY 2

  • Wake up early and see the gorgeous sunrise in the desert.
  • Have your breakfast, the next thing to do is Jeep Dunes and Parasailing (self). Enjoy the bumpy ride and have time of your life.
  • The border town of Longewala and Tanot Mandir are the next places to explore.
  • Post doing all these, return back to the city of Jaisalmer and have your dinner overnight stay.

DAY 3

  • Wake up early and start your day with breakfast.
  • It is the day to check out and go-ahead to explore some other places.
  • You will go on a guided tour to the city of Jaisalmer. There are various beautiful places (Forts, Gadisar Lake etc.) to explore in the go.
  • Post this, get ready for the departure back to Delhi.
  • Start your journey from around 6 pm from Jaisalmer and get ready for the overnight bus trip back to Delhi.

How to Reach:

By Air: Jaisalmer is not directly connected by air with any part of India. Jodhpur Airport, located some 300 km away from Jaisalmer, is the nearest airport. You can book a cab from the airport to Jaisalmer.

By Train: Jaisalmer has its own railway station and is well connected with all major cities of the country. Palace on wheels also makes a scheduled stop in Jaisalmer.

By Road: There is a very well-established bus service network to Jaisalmer, linking it to several cities like Delhi, Jaipur, Indore, and Kota.

Exclusions:

  • Anything that is not mentioned in inclusions.
  • Jeep Dunes and Parasailing.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50 % refund if notified via phone, Mail 5 days prior to the Date of Travel.
  • No refund if the cancellation is requested is less than 5 days of day of travel.
  • No show, no refund.
  • Booking cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
  • For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard earned money.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, in case of such cancellation your amount will be refunded back.

Refund Policy

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
  • All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's togedr wallet.

COVID 19 additional measures

  • Members travelling should practice social distancing.
  • If the trek/trip gets cancelled due to any pandemic or government’s order, there would be no refund instead the plan will get postponed.
