Short Itinerary:

Day 01: Banglore - Elniru Falls.

Day 02: Trek to Kundremukh.

Day 03: Back to Banglore.

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01:

Depart from Banglore to the Kudremukh. You will be going to the Elniru falls. This is assumed that the water of Elniru falls is as sweet as coconut water.
The path to Elniru falls is muddy and one can ride but you have to go deep to visit Elniru falls. After reaching Elniru falls, you will feel very fresh. The chirping of the bird and the fresh air is something you will never get in cities.
After spending a few hours in Elniru falls, head towards the hotel and rest for the night there.

Day 02:

Wake up early grab some breakfast and start your trek towards the Kudremukh hill.
You will be traveling amidst coffee plantations, the trail is a bit muddy because of the rain but yet adventurous. You will be also crossing some beautiful waterfalls and water streams.
The trek starts as early as possible this day because the forest department does not allow trekkers to return after a particular time in the evening. The guide will brief you about the whole trek and the dos and don’ts of the trek.
You will be crossing through some lush green shrubs and beautiful water streams this day. The ascends and descends are not that steep here. But one should be prepared for the worst. There are also a lot of leeches on your way. Be careful while trekking and avoid the leeches.
You will also be witnessing some beautiful meadows and sceneries. It's worth all the efforts. There is also a steep ascent at the end. So be careful while trekking. There will also be some zig-zag climbs on your way.
But in the end, the whole journey is worth all the effort. The view from the Kudremukh peak is mesmerizing. You will be completely lost in the scenic beauty of nature. Wait for some time at the peak and then start your journey back to the place where you have started.

Day 03:

Wake up early morning, freshen up and have a healthy breakfast.
The beautiful short yet amazing trip has come to an end. This day people will be returning back to their respective places from where they have come.

By Air: Mangalore International Airport is the nearest airport to Kudremukh. The airport is situated at a distance of about 90 km from Kudremukh. You can easily book a cab from the airport to Kudremukh.

By Train: Mangalore Railway Station is the nearest railway junction to Kudremukh, situated at a distance of about 100 km. You can easily book a cab for Kudremukh from the railway station.

By Road: Kudremukh is well-connected by road with the nearby cities of Mangalore, Bangalore, Chennai, Chikmagalur. You can easily get buses for Kudremukh from these cities.
