Short Itinerary:

Day 01: Tadiandamol Coorg trek.

Day 02: Harangi Backwaters and Namdroling Monastery

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01:

Wake up early morning, freshen up and have a healthy breakfast. You will be starting the trek right after your breakfast.
The base camp of the trek will be at Kakkabe and you have to proceed from here. You will be trekking to Malakand Palace which is 4 km away.
The trail is quite easy and suitable for the beginners. You will come across waterfalls, streams, a sight of the butterflies and a vast expanse of the lush green vegetation all around. You will cross some landmarks like the Big Rock and the False Point where you can take a break for meals and photographs.
You will be trekking back to the base camp and spend the evening drinking tea and snacks. Enjoy a night sitting near bonfire.
The trekkers would be staying at the homestay.

Day 02:

Wake up early, freshen up and have a healthy breakfast.
The next day you will be going to the Harangi dam. The sight of the Harangi backwaters is extremely pleasing to the eyes and the soul.
You will be going to the Namdroling monastery next. This is one of the largest Buddhist centers and is a peaceful place to spend some hours.
Start your journey back to Bangalore and reach Banglore at 10 PM.

By Air: The nearest airport to Coorg is Mangalore, about 135 km away. The second nearest airport is in Bangalore about 250 km from Coorg. You can easily get a cab from the airport to Coorg.

By Train: The nearest railway station from Coorg is at Mysore, about 120 km away. You can book a cab from the railway station to Coorg.

By Road: Coorg is well connected by road with all major cities in Karnataka. You can easily get buses from the major cities of Karnataka to Coorg.
