DAY 1 – Arrival in Manali
Arrive at Manali in the morning and check into the booked hotel or camp organised by Togedr. Relax, freshen up, and have your lunch. The proceedings of the tour starts post this. Introduction leading to the brief of the tour by the guides will be done. You are free to explore the Manali city for this day. The nights will be spent at the booked place along with the dinner.
DAY 2 – Manali to Marhi
Finally, from day 2 the cycle tour starts. The first day distance of about 37.5 km from Manali to Marhi. It is a tough ride but is filled with the sights of Deodar and pine forests throughout. The ride starts pretty early in the morning to avoid any kind of noisy traffic. Marhi campsite is picturesque to the core. You have to get ready for the muddy ascent of Rohtang Pass.

DAY 3 – Marhi to Sissu via Rohtang La
The next day cycling distance is of about 49.5 km. This day would be started by finishing the 18 km ascent to the Rohtang Pass. This is one of those days where you will be encountering some of the most fabulous views of the snow capped peaks and glaciers of Spiti valley.
You take a halt at Rohtang and proceed towards Gramphu. Flat roads will be there for you from here. Post this, a short and a very easy ride to Sissu starts. Sissu is a small town in Lahaul valley located on the right bank of the Chandra river in the foothills of the Pir Panjal.

DAY 4 – Sissu to Jispa
The cycling distance of this day is about 55 km. A steady climb to Gondola starts. There is a fast descend to Tandi after this. This place is situated in the confluence of the Chandra and Bhaga river which later becomes Chenab downstream in Jammu and Kashmir. Finally, you reach Jispa where the river opens into a wide valley.

DAY 5 – Jispa to Zing Zing bar
The ride has to move towards Darcha which is 10 km from Jispa. From here, the climb to Patseo begins. The road here is dusty and rocky along with an arid terrain. Here the roads are quite isolated. Then finally a steep ascent to Baralacha La starts from Zing Zing Bar.

DAY 6 – Zing Zing Bar to Sarchu to Baralacha La
The tour distance this day is of about 50 km and the day starts early today with an ascend to the Baralacha La. You will cross Deepak Tal and Mulkila peaks which are quite beautiful sights to encounter. This pass is quite arid than others and finally the route descends gradually to the wide Sarchu plains.

DAY 7 – Sarchu to Whiskey Nala via Nakee La
This day is one of the easy cycling days and the distance of cycling is around 47 km. Post cycling on a short downhill section you reach Whiskey Nala.

DAY 8 – Whiskey Nala to Tso Kar via Lachung La
This day is the one where you would be covering the most distance of about 81 km. The day starts with a 7 km ascent to Taglang La followed by a long descent along a steep gorge to reach Pang. Then you go ahead for the Morey plains. It is a barren area and is known for the extreme temperatures in the morning and gusting winds in the evening.

DAY 9 – Tso Kar to Lato via Taglang La
This day is a tough one because you have to cycle on a challenging path which would lead you to the world’s second highest motorable pass in the world which is the Taglang La. It is an 5360 metres. This path is quite challenging to cycle but once you reach the top, it is all fun and fancy.
Post this, descend to the Lato village begins. The Lato village is beautiful and you will have the most wonderful time there.
DAY 10 – Lato to leh
Finally, the cycling tour to Leh starts and it begins from the Lato village. The scenes throughout the trip change dramatically with the views of the small villages, fertile valley, and the Stupas on the way. You will also cross the Indus river today to reach Leh. You will pass the epic Thiksey monastery and the Chortens garden while entering Leh.
By this time, you have crossed 4 mountain passes and have covered a distance of about 480 km.
DAY 11 – Leh to Khardung La
You will have to set up for Khardung La very early on the 11th day. You have to cycle for 45 km and gain 2000 metre today which is the most challenging part ever of this trip. Being in the highest motorable road of the world definitely feels like an achievement and you get to treat your eyes and soul with the most beautiful scenes ever.
A hotel stay for this day is included in the trip. Then the next day you would be taken to Leh via vehicle and from there, the cyclists have to return on their own.
DAY 12 – Departure from Leh
Finally, the Manali Leh cycling tour ends today and the departure is as per your mode of transport.
