It's very safe.
All the trainers are really very experience with certificate.
You can ask trainers to do 360° and zigzag in the air(if you heart is strong), it's very adventures movement or you can say your best movement in the air during flight.
If you are going to do this first time, you should take the package with video, so that you can catch your exiting movements in the air.
The height is good and you will feel great during flight.
