Overview – Hampta Pass is located below Sethan Village. It’s a small corridor between Lahaul and Kullu valley of Himachal Pradesh. Even in the summers, the average temperature at Hampta Pass is 13°C to 18°C, which can drop to 0°c at night.
Hampta Trek is surrounded by several Himalayan peaks like Deo Tibba, Indra Asan & Indra Kila where you cross through colourful meadows of flowers, pine and oak trees surrounding the rock paths.
A part of the trek follows the beautiful Rani river. Its virgin greenery with trippy playful clouds above makes the entire view heavenly.
You can also relish the mesmerizing views of Chandratal Lake and use it as an acclimaization day after completing the trek.
